Club Studios Policies

1. The application for membership is a binding offer to GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH to conclude a membership contract. GET FIT - Preiswert Traineren GmbH can reject this offer in writing without giving reasons within 14 days from the time the application is submitted. If GET FIT - Preiswert Traineren GmbH does not reject the offer within this period, the membership contract is concluded with the signature of the member and the studio. Each member is subject to house rules.

2. Duration of membership/notice periods: Membership can be terminated with a period of one month before the end of the term. After the initial period has ended, membership is extended for an indefinite period and can be terminated in the meantime with a notice period of one month. The membership agreement can be terminated properly subject to the above notice periods. The receipt of the notice notice is decisive for compliance with the notice period. Any termination must be made in writing.

3. The selected contributions must be paid monthly in advance by the customer. In the event of a culpable delay in payment of more than two months contributions, it is possible for GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH to cancel the contract without notice and the total amount still outstanding will be considered as a claim for compensation. In the case of chargebacks owed by the member, we charge the member the bank fees plus reminder fees.

4. The one-time subscription and starter package costs €39.98 and must be purchased by every member, except when paying in advance for package 1 and package 2. The membership chip is included in the starter package and is not transferable and costs €19.99 in case of loss. The member is free to prove minor damage. Any loss of membership chip must be reported to GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH immediately.

5. GET FIT - Inexpensive Training membership is personal and cannot be transferred. The member undertakes to use the membership chip only personally and not to transfer it to third parties. For each case of violation of this provision, the member undertakes to pay a contractual penalty of €250.00.

6. Insofar as the membership chip provided to the member is misused by third parties due to circumstances for which he is responsible and as a result causes damage to GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH, the corresponding claims for damages will be asserted against the member.

7. LIABILITY IS CLOSED BY GET FIT - Inexpensive Trainen GmbH for the loss or damage of clothing, valuables or money brought along, unless the loss or damage is due to grossly negligent or intentional conduct on the part of GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH. The studio is not liable for self-inflicted accidents.

8. Illnesses and failure to use the services do not release the customer from the obligations of this agreement. In case of illness, a rest agreement can be arranged with the studio upon presentation of a medical certificate. The medical certificate must include the duration of the illness. The contract period is then extended by the rest period. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

9. The member must notify GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH immediately and in writing of any changes to their bank details or address.

10. GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH is entitled to adjust the agreed membership fee to the applicable VAT rate after the initial period has ended.

11. I hereby agree that information can be obtained from Creditreform/CEG for the purpose of a credit check.

12. Amendments and additions require the consent of both parties. There are no additional oral agreements. Partial invalidity does not mean total invalidity.

13. Should any provision of this membership agreement be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining membership agreement.

14. In accordance with the currently applicable data protection regulations, the member's personal data is only collected and processed for the purpose of fulfilling the membership contract. The data is also stored in electronic form. No personal data is transferred to third parties without the express consent of the member. Service providers who are particularly contractually bound to secrecy are excluded from this. As well as if you have a legitimate interest in a lawyer or collection agency.

15. Young people under 18 years of age are prohibited from using UV equipment. The solarium may only be used by one person at a time, at most once a day. Every customer is entitled to advice with individual skin type identification, preparation of a tanning plan and information about the benefits and possible risks of tanning from our employees. The solariums can be used at any time during opening hours without prior reservation. Appointments are not made. You use the solarium at your own risk. If you have existing health problems, such as skin diseases, eye diseases, allergies or pigmentation disorders as well as heart and circulatory problems, consult a doctor before sunbathing for the first time. The eyes must be kept closed during the tanning period; in addition, wearing safety glasses is a health necessity; they can be purchased in the studio or borrowed free of charge. GET FIT - Preiswert Trainen GmbH assumes no liability for health problems, in particular skin damage caused by improper use of the solariums. For damage that occurs while using the tanning salon, cabins, solariums, etc., the person responsible will be held liable or reimbursed.
