You can secure the exchange offer without obligation by signing up via the contact form. We will then get back to you and find an appointment together at one of our GETFIT studios. However, if you want to start right away, you can select and complete your membership directly online. You then let us Your cancellation confirmation by email and receive your old contract. We'll take care of the rest.
How long do I train for free?
You can train with us for up to 3 months free of charge if you take out a 12-month membership. For example, if your old contract still has 3 months remaining, you can train with us for free during this time without having to pay for both contracts.
When do I start paying for my GETFIT membership?
You train for free for so long at GETFITHow your old contract in your old studio is still running — we will refund you a maximum of 3 months. After 3 months, your first contribution will be due to us.
You don't have a cancellation certificate?
We either need confirmation of cancellation or your old gym contract. Your contract also states when your earliest possible termination date is. We calculate your free time from the remaining period until the next possible cancellation period.
How do the 14-day tests work?
You have the chance to test our fitness club for 14 days and see for yourself what we have to offer. If you make use of our offer, you have the right to withdraw from your membership at any time within 14 days without having to give a reason.
